Prices don’t include the tourist tax. Daily tourist tax is € 2,00 per person.

Access to gym and wellness center included in the price: includes FINNISH SAUNA, TURKISH BATH, HYDROMASSAGE TUB, KNEIPP, AROMATIC SHOWER.

Discount for children in the room with parents: – € 25 daily for baby up to 2 years ;

                                                                                        – 50% discount from 2 to 5 years ;

                                                                                        –25% discount from 6 to 12 years .

Double room for single use: + 35% per day.

We accept small dogs, price € 15 per day without meals. For hygienic reasons we can not give them access to common areas such as hall and wellness.

We consider bookings confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit equal to 30% of the total stay.
The deposit can be sent by bank transfer or paid by credit card by sending us your card details via email within 10 days of the confirmation.

Cancellation policy:
The 30% deposit is refundable up to 15 days before arrival.
From 14 days before arrival: a penalty of 50% of the total stay will be charged (also applicable in case of no-show).
Late arrival / early departure: no refund.
